Just for fun, Lets think about your logic little bit deeper...

What if countries of Asia and Europe decided to implement your logic, and they decided to never buy foreign cars.

Asian cars only stay in Asia, American cars only stays in U.S., and Europe cars only stays in Europe.

Countless American cars, SUVs, and Trucks that are being exported to the world will be stopped because according to your logic, its wrong for a citizen of certain country to purchase foreign made cars!!

What do you think will happen to the world car industry? Do you think U.S. will benefit from your logic?

Like someone previously said, "Ignorance is a bliss"
I am not so sure calling someone ignorant for wanting to buy american products is very fair. There is a significant debate as to whether America is really better off with current economic and trade policies. The average standard of living is going down in this country, while the rest of the world is for the most part catching up. You have to wonder if we need them more (foreign companies) or they need us more. After all, foreign countries do buy a fair amount of products from the US, but as they find the benefits of producing these things at home, they increasingly do. Then that exported technology and revenue leaves to said country. I fail to see the long term benefit to this country. Would'nt it make more sense if the world's largest consumer was also the world's largest producer and kept that money at home? I guess you figure somebody other than you down the road will pay for all these mistakes, so I suppose ignorance really is bliss.
