well, in NC... the normal plates are 3 letters a - and 4 numbers.... the state made up a bunch of plates with "WTF-####".... once they found out what that stood for, they had a huge recall on them.
I still see a few of them around on occasion. Hey'd I'd be proud to have one of those plates
