I do love my iphone, but I hate AT&T and starting to hate Apple. So I'm in the same boat. Was thinking about the Incredible as well. Haven't checked out the X yet, but the Incredible looks like a good alternative to to the iphone.
The demo I looked at was quick and had an easy navigation control.
