Sorry, that's going to happen to you with any car company. Sounds to me like you expect ridiculous service and maybe have some driving issues. . . I mean that with the least offense possible, but come on man. If I took my sti to the shop with a bunch of power mods on it and a roasted clutch they'd laugh their asses off at me.
