Let me show you a few pics here.

This is the OEM unit after 9400 miles.



This is the McLeod after 700 miles



If you look you'll see they McLeod is starting to get the same pattern of hot spots on the one disc. It looks like the OEM unit and a much earlier state. The reason the McLeod looks like this is because of a slightly bent disc. That was only determined because McLeod put it on a machine and tested it. In pictures they thought it looked ok. It bothers me that Ford didn't do the same kind of physical inspection upon my request. Tasca Ford (not my dealer) just sent out another guys unit for inspection and he walked away with a new clutch free of charge.

Yeah I get the mods thing but that really wasn't Ford's point. Ford's point was their is no mechanical defect but how do they know that from just some pictures.
