A little off topic, but I replaced the stock clutch on my 2007 GT500 with a McLeod RXT clutch/pressure plate setup and I loved it. I never had any noise issues and the engagement was smooth as silk. I don't recall the differences between the RST and the RXT but maybe your real issues is the person who installed the new parts, not the parts themselves.

Based on my own experience, I would agree that, perhaps, the original unit on your 2010 was defective, as my car now has almost 19k miles on it and probably 9K of those miles have been at the current power levels. I'm still on the stock clutch and, knock on wood, it seems to be doing fine.
