Had Ford done the right thing and helped me out I would have had this car and a Fiesta as a daily driver. The $1800.00 killed my ability to get the Fiesta for now. It's clear Ford has no idea about long term customer loyality. This is my 4th new Ford product and I'm 31.

GM, Ford, Chrysler all would have done the same thing given the same circumstances.
