Yes. I believe so. At least in my experiences anyway. Women tend to grow up faster and take their relationships more serious WHEN a comitment is made.
Think about it. I bet if you ask 100 men how many women he's EVER said I love you to, and tally the number to one large number, and ask 100 women how many men they've EVER said I love you to, and tallied that number up to one number, I'm betting big money that the mens number would be close to 600 and the womens would not make it passed 200.
