I don't know if this has been suggested before but how about a way to easily identify the OP?

Like on a couple of my other forums, they change the background color of the OP. Instead of white, the OP's background could be like a greyish color or another color that stands out as different. And 1 or 2 others change the font, size and color of the OP's name to make it stand out more.

This is a lot of help in the threads where I only care about responses by the OP.
