I just searched for an answer to your question and after watching all the 2010 SS vs 2010 GT video's online from more vaild car magazine's who are no way bias
and it looks like all of them praise the 2010 GT's handling performance in the track pack over the SS and it wins every time in that category so based on what these car magazine's say I'd have to give the quicker lap time around Adam's Motorsport's Park to the 2010 Mustang GT. The mags do praise the SS ride quality over the GT but on all out performance and track qualities the GT scores higher which is what you asked about.
