That being said, racing or exceeding safe speeds is not OK on public streets and this site should continue to enforce the rules against posting about that.

Actually, facebook is becoming a favorite tool for police across the US. Also there are limits to what you can post about, threats and commission of crimes can be acted upon by local police.
