Since we have everyone's attention I've been having weird posting issues lately that are new. Sometimes it redirects me to the "wait 15 seconds before posting again" splash like I double-posted. I almost exclusively use the Quick Reply box but lately instead of just reloading the screen I've been getting the intermediate splash screen explaining that my post is entered.
This happens at work and at home on FF and IE. So it seems universal, and it's been a recent thing that's been happening.
