That's from a series of DVDs called SuperSpeeders. The one guy in the video is Matt Farah I believe, and then the smaller dude is Rob Peretti. He owns Gotham Dream Cars and operates out of Northern New Jersey. They've put out 5 DVDs in the series that they expect to make a total of 7. I have them all. While its definitely stupid stuff they do, I watched them all because the car's they drive are pretty sweet and its crazy stuff they do...
