You are only partially right. The law is being written more for the biker gangs and their illegal activity. The problem with this law is that it is not specific enough. It is poorly written and covers almost all gatherings of like minded people..
Do a Google search about the Hells Angels and the Government taking away their patches. They made it illegal to wear a Hells Angel patch, but in doing so they encompassed everyone else.
I belong to ABATE of Oklahoma and have heard of this before. We have been fighting a law like this because it would make us (a biker political movement) illegal because we dress alike.
