Well...look at the way he treated the financial Industry: Paulson is apt to let the Big Three do whatever they want with the money.
Being that they WANT to survive, and DON'T have an unlimited supply of money (unlike the financial devils) they'll use it properly without stupid interruption by a know-nothing "czar".
