Now... before I say this, I want to get this straight, I'm not trying to be mean or anything. I don't mean offence byt his, but... Mexico I far poorer than Canada, and the US. If our friends south of the border were to help, I dont think that it would do much good. That's just my opinion, I have absolutely no facts to back it up, I'm just making a guess
