Do you think that companies would give you vacation and sick pay, oh yeah thank the Unions for that one too. Weekends, yep Unions help create that to. I will agree with you that unions did infact do alot of good at one time. The problem is while they have done alot of good things they also create alot of "fat" in companys. I use to work for a Aerospace company who had plants in the US that where union and non-union. When you have one individual working for 15.00/Hr and another individual doing the EXACT same job making 45.00/Hr just at a different plant you are creating alot of excess for any company. When you cant be competitive in your OWN market there is something wrong. :flag2:

I am looking for the exact numbers on this right now but I know they where real close to this.
