The UAW is NOT holding this up; so don't even try to pass the blame on them. It was CONGRESS idea to seek more...re-read that: MORE concessions. Suddenely they sit at the bargaining table?? I'm not picking a fight here. I'm truly puzzled. Why is it so bad to ask the unions to commit to a date when they will restructure their sallaries?
If I'm not mistaken that is the issue with the Congress.
