The term "flirt" is subjective. Some people think grabbing someone on the ass is not flirting..... and some people think asking a female bank teller for stamps is flirting.....
It is all about the perspective. My rule of thumb is do not do it if you do not want it done to you.... If you do not mind someone grabbing your sig others ass then ...well quite frankly there is not much of a bond is there?
Also in regards to on again off again relationships.... I had a 2 strike rule. If yall split and got back together and could not make it work a second time...... "Houston there is a problem". Not everything is meant to be.
