I saw one of those one time. We were actually potentially interested in buying it. It was red with I believe a black and red cloth interior. I'm not sure if I took pictures of it or not.
Back in 2001, my mom was looking for a car, and a local dealership had a '98 Trans Am WS6 in bright purple metallic. I believe it was 1 of 12, which I didn't find out until recently. She didn't end up buying it because the salesman wouldn't let her drive it, despite driving up in a '95 Z28... and the car had a glasspack muffler or something. It wasn't completely stock, so my mom didn't want to mess with it. I rode in the backseat during the "test ride" and the glasspack was pretty terribly loud...
My GXP is pretty rare, but nothing insane. It's one of about 17,935 total GXPs made from '05-'08 and one of 1,567 in stealth gray metallic, which is arguably one of the best, if not THE best colors these cars came in. Definitely my favorite color of the colors I've seen. The purple color was only used on something like 88 GXPs and it's pretty nice looking too. Considering these cars are just about the most powerful FWD cars ever made and the first production FWD cars to ever have staggered wheels (wider wheels and tires on the front), I figure it's a pretty interesting car.
