It's a concert, not a gang meeting. This is just typical people jumping to conclusions. Unless the rappers are publicaly affiliated with a gang, there is absolutely no reason to think there will be gangs present, or any type of crime going on.

Errrr....read the article again. Here's the first sentence:
"KENNEWICK, Wash. - A car show planned for the Benton County Fairgrounds in Kennewick for Sunday has been canceled because of police concerns about rap music and
possible gang activity."
I don't mind discussing a point or two, but c'mon, the gang link is in the
first sentence of the article. Work with me here, people. I didn't conjure up the link to gangs. And I seriously doubt that criminal elements in the area schedule club meetings for the convenience of the populace. They congregate where they please, and a common interst in a rap star may provide that common ground to meet and have a little gang activity
That's not to say it MUST happen. But surely you can see the point
