I knew that was way too fast and too far fetched to believe...NAIL THEM TO THE WALL and while we are at it: STOP THEM FROM SELLING ALL CARS IN THE U.S. UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED AS A PENALTY FOR LYING!

Yes, I know that will put Americans out of work right now, but come on - these things are not only endangering the people driving them, but those of us on the road with them!
Can you imagine getting broadsidded by the out of control Lexus at 100+ MPH because the brakes are on fire and unable to stop the car at full throttle? It could happen...it did for Mark Saylor and his family, as well as the owner of the Explorer they hit on the way off the highway. http://www.nbcsandiego.com/news/loca...-56629472.html
