Toyota first said that it was mostly driver error, but no one believe them. Now that the US Department Of Transportation analyzed the Data, People still don't believe.....
I personally know of at least 3 people that had caused accidents because they pressed the accelerator instead of the brakes, or both at the same time. and none of those where Toyotas.
