correct me if i'm wrong - but the mustang gt only has 300hp? right? and the camaro v6 has 300hp? So $19K for mustang GT, and about $23K for Camaro w/ V6...you can't compare GT to SS...obviously the styling of the GT will be higher quality and maybe more upgrades, but personally I think a V6 Camaro competes with the Mustang GT.

So, would I pay $4K more for a Camaro? Def! And even if it were $11K more, I'd still pay. New Mustang interior looks good, but the outside styling looks like a family sedan (obv. with only 2 doors) IMO. I've test driven one mustang and hated it. It didn't handle well, it didn't take turns well, and while there was some decent power, it just doesn't compare to the feel of a camaro....

so, to answer your question, if money were an issue and I only had $19K, I'd rather just buy a Yamaha YZF R1. lol
