Hopefully you made a police report. What this is, is a non-contact private property accident. She might not have struck you, but due to her actions, can be held liable. Regardless, it IS a civil matter when it comes to getting paid by her insurance company. Also, you may request to see (or get a copy of) the video from the station. They are not required to let you see it or even give it to police.
I would bet that the best person to get the video, would be your insurance company. They might be able to make something happen.
