thats Rhode Island.... imagine here where we recieve alot of oil royalties (much less than the average might i add) and sales tax due to tourism.. we could pass something like that... alas, the social leeches would drag us who pay more than our fair share, back to where we are today...
it's difficult to convince someone who generationally receives hand outs from the government that their monthy check will cease, but the roads, bridges, parks, and coastal protection will be better...
