Thats not the Veyron 16.4, which is the car that claimed the title in 2005. Seems that car you posted has a naturally aspirated W18 not a W16 with 4 turbos (hence, 16.4) and makes little more than half the power that the 16.4 does.

Also, it is not a tie. The 16.4 took the title in mid April, 2005. The Ultimate Aero TT took it in mid October 2007. Mid April 2005 to mid October 2007 is 30 months. Mid October 2007 to early July 2010 is 32 months and a couple weeks. 32 months is longer than 30 months. And if we were to use your logic, it would be unquestionable that the SSC held it longer: 2005-2007 is 2 years, 2007-2010 is 3 years. Either way, its not a tie.
