Well guys, i'm 18. i had a 2010 ss that was bought for me for graduation, but it was a lemon car, and at 12k it had an array of problems(don't blame the driver mod, i'm no slum with a m6 and one problem occured with my grandpa driving it), so in order for reliability purposes we traded it for a 2010 silverado z71 4x4 crew cab short bed. even though my camaro was in the shop alot, i miss the damn thing so much i can't stand it, and i'm headed to college in a month or so, and my little part time job will help me save money(currently i'm saving half/putting the other half in my pocket) so that perhaps by the time i graduate(2 years) i'll have enough money to put a down payment and start making payments on a camaro of my own, and if it breaks, w/e, i still have the silvy as my DD(5.3's are bulletproof). butt, other than a job, what would be the best way for a college kid to save money??? need help from the younger guys who bought one on their own, and from the older guys who know my feeling. thanks alot for the detailed read, and any helpful response would be really appreciated.
