I'm not even sure if there are any car engines that make 3000 hp on pump gas. 10.5 outlaw drag cars make around that power level, but its on race gas and I can't think those engines last too long before a rebuild is required. And they're simplier design would probably be more durable at those levels than a DOHC quad turbo W16.

upon further research those turbos are already pushing out 16lb of boost. im not sure how resilient the engine is but 16 lb seems like a massive number to begin with.
