Not sure what you're asking, but if you put a Camaro SS with those mods up against a 480hp Challenger, I'd say the modded Camaro would win by a bigger margin than 0.1 sec imo.
Hell, that SMS Challenger with the supercharged 5.7 Hemi only ran a 12.8 in the 1/4. And it had alot more than 480hp.
