I understand that its BP's responsibility, but it bugs me how Halliburton was easily able to wash their hands of the disaster when it was their failed seal that started the whole mess. They just went on to the next well in the daisy chain and didn't check to see that the concrete settled correctly. This is also the fastest I've heard of relief wells being made(will be up and running in August). Probably thanks to BP's track record lately b/t the refinery explosion and now this.
