The 6.4 would weigh about the same as the 6.1 it replaces. Adding displacement doesn't really add weight to an engine. Could even be lighter, if they replace the iron block with aluminum. And the weight gain from the 8 speed will probably be closer to 25 lbs, not 250. Beyond that ... there isn't really anything that could add weight.
