I don't know about you guys, but I can't get enough of Bob Lutz...(don't read into that). I found a great link to a Jalopnik site, a full page and more of pure Bob Lutz. I found a 26+ minute video of Lutz speaking about the Volt, and how they could do it like Tesla, but Tesla has performance problems after 40,000 miles, and GM wouldn't feel comfortable selling cars that do that.

I found another on Lutz explaining why he thinks the GTO failed
