Not quite a ferrari, but my dad has a 2006 maserati gran sport with Tubi exhaust, headers and a tune. With the color scheme and options he has, most people think it's a ferrari. It's very livable and has never been keyed. People more admire the car than hate it. He parks it away from other cars and nobody has ever messed with it. I'm not sure about the insurance, but if your driving record is clean and you're old enough it shouldn't be too bad. Of course, it depends where you live and what your opinion of "livable" is, but it's a ferrari. Whatever problems you have will be overcome by the, "ahhhhh yeah" every morning when you get in and start it up.
