Better screen, video calling (over wifi only though), iOS4 with app folders & multitasking, and a better camera, video editing software on the phone, better battery life and supposedly better reception with the antenna built in to the edge of the case.

Yes I know, but he didn't do something equally disturbing with his new iPhone 4. Which I am thankful for.
