My friend comes out to his car and notices a parking ticket envelope (Texas puts the charge and the info on an envelope so you can just mail it in) under his windshield. Upon inspection, the charge on the envelope was for a Mitsubishi; my friend drives a Jeep. A Mitsubishi happened to be parked next to him. I guess he was hoping that we wouldn't pay attention and pay the ticket for him.

So we took it home, printed out a sheet of paper, wrote "go to hell, I'm not paying," and put it inside. I'm dropping it off at the post office first thing tomorrow.
