No sale for any reason, including changed mind, means deposit refund. Check the HI State Attorney General's website to double check HI laws, but in FL, and I think everywhere in the US, you no drive, they give back money. Credit card could reverse charges for services, merch. not received.

And yes, I have had to educate the evil aholes at a dealer about this - crooks. Got my money back though.
