I'm not sure how much you're expecting them to change on a refresh but there isn't much left that they could change without calling it an all new car. The overall shape is the same because the changes are only skin deep. But even then, everything that you see is different from the current cars as far as I can see.
As for incentive, the interior is supposed to be vastly improved and there are going to be 2 new engines: a much more competitive V6 and a larger 6.4L V8.

I'll wait till launch to see the real thing. My biggest beef is driving dynamics, engines, and the rear. I think the rear on the current gen is FUGLY, so I hope they made it much better.
