I doubt the lot owner would be willing to help cover your expenses. at most they might move the rock. but based off the pics you showed of the rock, you clearly arent the only person to have hit it. and no offense, but its not the lot owners fault you (or anyone else) hit the rock. the rock is inside the curb completely. if it were jutting out into the actual parking area, then I could see them possibly helping more.

but in this situation, its just a turn that was taken too sharply.
