Not really. Actually upgrading a MAP sensor will yield nothing, UNLESS you needed to for forced induction. Most factory ones can read up to 1 BAR (14.7 PSI) just fine.
The MAF sensor however, since it IS a screen the air is pulled through (or pushed in the case of forced induction), does benefit from a larger size. More surface area means less restriction of the air passing through it, which means more efficiency, which means more power.
