K&N is a company that makes air/fuel/oil/tranny filters
the air lid is an aftermarkit lid for the LS1 camaros,
and the MAF is the Mass Air Flow sensor (tells the ecu how much fuel to shoot in relation to the amount of air that is flowing into the engine)
