The 1969 Chevelle 300 deluxe POST coupe HAS the vent windows, the 2dr. HT.does NOT.
They made 5,620 1969 Chevelle POST coupes, 1,400 with the SS option, and only app.135 with the L78 396/375HP option. They are very rare now.
