Actually, it was the 'old' GM that designed and produced the Chevy Camaro (concept) with our good 'old' operations team that is mass producing it.
This kind of thing is what I am/was afraid of happening. The worry is that the 'new' management team might only think about money and their own image/legacy (that the turn around was their idea)and not that of the brand/company loyalties.
I say, based on the current and
immediate future GM vehicles, that the 'old' GM manangement had/has ushered in and planned for the GM turn around.
I am just hoping and praying that the new mgt team doesn't screw it up. I really do wish them well!
PS: Just got to say that during their own negotiations our other competitive brethren car companies DID piggyback/use/leverage the plans and contracts dictated to GM. All without getting 'pie on their face' and with all the advantages (other than their huge debt).
LOVE MY CHEVY CAMARO AND LOOKING FORWARD TO THE CHEVY VOLT AND THE CHEVY CAMARO Z28.
