My car is loud, but when I'm in neighborhoods I make sure to be considerate. Of course the ricers who live down the street almost always drive those damn things through the neighborhood entirely in 1st gear.

What I find extremely obnoxious is the guys in motorcycles revving their bikes almost to redline wherever they go. It is seriously annoying. Now I don't know anything about bikes, but is it really neccessary to be revving them like that all the time?
