Yes, but I have been slacking big time! I deprive my body of my sleep ALOT! Work full time and attend college full time definately takes a toll on my body! I can admit I skipped going to the gym for the past 3 weeks:( I finally went back last nite and biked 4 miles

I need to get motivation to go to they gym or like my friend tells me I need to go find a work out buddy to join me but I haven't found one yet. I noticed when I go work out 3 to 4 times a week my body feels ALOT better! When I don't go work out my bones feel all achy and stiff. I should go join a workout class instead because this Snap Fitness crap isn't cutting it for me!
