Yes and no. The gearing is the same, my understanding is that brakes go a bit further than the Bullitt and are the upgraded units meant for the 400hp GT, and the price of the package would seem to support this, but this particular area is a spot where I am a little weak since I have spent more time focusing on 2011 than 2010. I will absolutely clarify as soon as i know either way.
That said, 2010 Mustang GT suspension is quite a bit more evolved than what you saw with the old models. They used the Bullitt as a baseline but were't limited by that setup by any means, this car goes a lot further. Given what I know think of the handling transfomration from the C6 Z06 to the C6 ZR1 and you will be close, although the difference could be even greater than that.
I do expect reviewers to trash the Mustang in terms of ride quality and rough road stability because of the SRA, but honestly I think you will see that no matter how improved the car is. Hanging with the SRA brings some devotees to the table but it also carries a stigma.
