Just the Year,Make & Model is what you need, right?
The answer is: Maybe. Because the rules require a year, make and model it would require the convertible tag if that were a separate model. For example; 1993 Dodge Viper RT/10 would not require the term convertible, because all RT/10's from 1993 were convertibles. A 1993 Mustang GT Convertible would require the term because the convertible is a different model than the Mustang GT.
