These are three links with some pics of the new 2010 370Z, they have been released a week early. The Nissan 370Z was suppossed to be under wraps until Nov. 19th for the LA Auto Show, but Nissan couldn't wait any longer to reveal their new sports car to the public.

While some specs on the car are speculated like the 332 HP, the only thing we know for sure is the car will be aprrox. 300lbs lighter than the last Z which should put it in the 3000-3200 lbs range depending on the model. If this is true your looking at a 650-800 lb advantage to the 370Z And, it will use a 3.7L V6 with at least 330 HP,which can only put it at a max of 90 HP disadvantage to the SS LS3, but it will weigh alot less.
The truth is if this car is that light it will be stiff competition to cars such as the Camaro. With a much better power to weight ratio, this car may even accelerate just as fast, and it will no doubt handle better than the Camaro. And, anyone that thinks it can't be faster should do their homework, HP doesn't mean anything in todays game. It is all about weight to power. We see 6 cylinder Porsche's, with alot less power, keep up with Corvettes, and why because they are slightly lighter. We see LS2 Corvette's beat GT500's, with a 100HP disadvantage, because of weight.
The truth is my first car was a 350Z, and out of all my Porsche's, Vettes, Etc... the Z was my favorite car. It handled the best at high speeds, was the most reliable for me, and was the best everyday driver of all of my sportscars. My Porsche's engines always leaked after services, my Vettes had numerous amounts of minor interior, roof, problems until I bought my '09 which had a bad transmission, which is being recalled for 2nd gear. So, this being said if the 370Z is anything liek the 350Z or better, the 370Z could be trouble for the Camaro!
