If you thought a GT500 with a 427 sticker, badge whatever had a 427 in it,you probably wouldn't know anything about a 427 Cobra in the first place. Are you seeing my point? WE know what it IS,another thing for Carroll Shelby to sell(to people that already own GT500's by the way),WE aren't being mislead. The people that own GT500's and opt to have this thing on their car, aren't being mislead. Only an idiot would see that and think it has a 427 on it,like someone who would see a old V6 single exhaust wheel cover Camaro that someone stuck SS badges on it,and think it has a V8 in it. See my point? WE know it's a cynical money thing and nothing more. Is it lame,YES. Is it misleading anyone....NO.
Ford has nothing to do with this and it is not another badge job. It's for preexisting Shelby owners and nothing more.

did you not see the title of the article....that is what I was talking about...
shelby to offer 427 package...
the title is misleading even to the most intellectual person, so no they are not idiots. smart people read on like I did. Hence why I got disappointed after I read the article. But of course we know that the badge doesnt define what is under the hood...and that is what pisses people off even more.
