The kid smokes 40 cigarettes a day...he is 2 yrs old and his Dad started him smoking at 18 months old...
The government offered to give the parents a brand new car if they got the kid to stop...
But they don't want him to stop...
Can you believe it???!!!...
Makes me sick to think of that kid hooked on cigarettes at only 2 when his lungs and other organs are still growing...
